“We were delighted to hear
that Catherine’s Maria teal cushion, which was part of her Degree Show collection in 2014,
had been selected to be stocked by Heal’s,” says Jimmy Stephen-Cran, Head of Fashion and Textiles at The Glasgow School of Art. “It is an even greater accolade for this piece to be included in The Heal’s
100 alongside designs by some of the leading names in 20th and 21st

“Catherine’s now iconic
design deconstructs traditional Mediterranean style pattern and reconfigures
the fragmented geometric shapes into an entirely new design. Knitted in superfine 100% merino wool, it
utilises modern machine knitting to recreate a deconstructed design aesthetic,” he adds.
