VisitScotland’s internationally recognised
grading scheme brings together all the accommodation, attractions and places to
eat that come with the VisitScotland seal of approval – a clear, reliable sign
of exceptional customer service and high-quality facilities. The 3 star rating, awarded to SYHA, represents
a grading score of between 60 and 74% and has been increased from the 2 star
2015 award due to upgraded decoration and floor coverings by GSA and
improvements in general cleanliness ahead of SYHA’s summer residency.
