new lay Governors to its Board it was announced today, 26 March 2018. The new
appointments follow an open
application process which attracted over 70 applications from across the UK.

Joining the Board this month are solicitor,
and former Chairman of Dundas and Wilson, Michael McAuley, and architect James
Sanderson, Director of Sanderson Borland.

Three further lay Governors will come on to

Motani, a Partner in Clifford Chance’s International Financial Markets Group; design
researcher and creative practitioner, Kate Lampitt-Adey; and former CEO of
RIBA, Harry Rich.

Until recently Harry Rich was the Chief Executive of
the Royal Institute of British Architects. Harry also has significant
