revolve around the liminal space between reality and irreality, where dreams
emerge at the intersection of sleep and wakefulness, memory and forgetfulness,

where he has been teaching photography since 2009. Mersinis’

unique glimpse into the events and challenges faced by Ukraine.
captivating works that spans 3-dimensional art, kinetic sculpture, immersive
spatial and site-specific installation. She harnesses the primal
powers of fire, light, and motion to explore realms of both spiritual and
physical energy. Zhaya’s
installation Energy Axis is a holographic representation of a
pillar of fire, generated inside of a spinning kinetic sculpture. It
is a captured, perpetual flame, a personal symbol of soul, strength and
continuity. The energy axis is accompanied by two voids on
fire, dreamlike reflections of one’s spirit and desires. Zhaya
has collaborated with Arthur Start on a soundtrack as part of Energy
Axis.
experimental musician who creates unique and unconventional sounds. Performing
under the moniker Duskaz Wandilaz, Start uses a fusion of open source audio
technology alongside analog electronics, guitars and field recordings to
compose abstract, distorted and deeply layered sound works. Start
has played in various bands (inc as support to the Sun Ra Arkestra) and has
released his own music;- the Kepler 90 EP, an otherworldly
musical journey, and a full length album Machine Art, a
collection of experiments informed by generative composition, experimental
electronica & drone.
